One of the things you get out of climbing all over the world is the amazing food that the locals eat. Climbing for extended periods of time in various countries usually means I’m on a budget. Since climbing is very seldom near or around a big city I get the chance to actually roll up my sleeves and cook and eat like the locals do. From a Mexico to Greece and about thirty other locals I will be bring you the dishes I learnt from the villages I lived in. For added spice I am going to provide guides to popular routes or mountains. Also stories from the Rockies. Hopefully we can get a few guest speakers in. Ward Robinson, Peter Arbic, Barry Blanchard, Peter Harvey to name a few. So stick around in a couple weeks the first edition will be coming out.
